Vizgen announced at AACR 2024 in San Diego their MERSCOPE Ultra platform, to assay Larger samples, with Faster imaging and thus rendering Maximum insights. It runs on the MERFISH 2.0 Chemistry. The platform is engineered to provide the optimal combination of imaging area and throughput, making it a powerful tool for basic and translational research.
The platform now supports two different flow cell sizes, with the larger one (FCS-L) supporting up to 3.0cm2 and the standard one (FCX-S) up to 1.25cm2. It can analyze up to 9.0cm2 per week, and it’s fully compatible with existing MERSCOPE consumables and panels, supporting up to 1000 genes full-custom.
